Overview
As a hotel worker, you welcome guests, check them in and out, clean rooms, answer questions, carry luggage, serve food and drinks, fix small issues, and help keep the hotel safe and tidy. Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs Answer questions and provide information about the hotel and local area Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas Carry luggage for guests as needed Serve food and drinks in appropriate hotel settings Identify and resolve small maintenance issues or safety concerns Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment Laundry and housekeeping
Laundry duties include washing, drying, and folding clothes and linens Responsible for washing towels and sheets, as well as the personal items of guests Additional notes
Other duties may include assisting with guest services as needed and coordinating with other hotel departments to meet guest requests.
