About the Inpatient Rehab Director Role
Oversee a 17-bed adult acute inpatient rehab unit (all private rooms).
Lead a supportive team of 23 FTEs alongside an engaged Medical Director.
Drive strategic growth — census expansion, referral development, and future
CARF accreditation .
Report to a VP of Operations who values autonomy and Lean process improvement.
Qualifications for the Inpatient Rehab Director
RN, PT, OT, or SLP license required.
5+ years of clinical experience and 2+ years in rehab leadership.
Strong financial and compliance acumen.
CRRN preferred (support provided if not already held).
Compensation & Benefits for Inpatient Rehab Director
Competitive base salary
up to $140K
+ bonus opportunity.
Full relocation package up to
$15K
+ temporary housing.
