Director, Inpatient Rehab

Overview Nealy Pierce has partnered exclusively with a 200 bed, growing non-profit acute care hospital in Eastern North Carolina to identify a Director of Inpatient Rehab. In this role, you will lead a 17-bed inpatient rehab unit treating post-stroke, orthopedic, general debility, select medical cases, and occasional TBI. The Director will report directly to a collaborative and supportive VP of Operations.

What We’re Looking For

RN or Therapy license (PT, OT, SLP)

5+ years clinical experience, 2+ years inpatient rehab leadership

Strong compliance & reimbursement knowledge

CRRN preferred (or willing to obtain; support provided)

Comp & Perks

Salary up to

$140K + 10% Director level bonus
