The Role
You’ll oversee a 17-bed acute inpatient rehab unit caring for patients recovering from stroke, orthopedic injuries, TBI, and complex medical cases. With an
average length of stay of 11–14 days
and a census poised for growth, you’ll guide the unit forward with both strategy and heart. You’ll work side-by-side with a collaborative Medical Director and have the support of coordinators and a secretary so you can focus on developing people and programs. What Makes This Unique

What You Bring
RN, PT, OT, or SLP background
5+ years of clinical experience and 2+ years in rehab leadership
Financial and compliance know-how (CMS, reimbursement, etc.)
CRRN is a plus, and if you don’t have it yet, we’ll support you in earning it
Compensation & Perks
Salary up to
$140K
+ annual bonus potential
