Develop and execute a regional business development strategy
aligned with corporate objectives to drive brand performance across the region Create and lead tailored business plans for each market , identifying key growth levers, commercial opportunities, and local challenges Own and track commercial performance , including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on sales KPIs, ensuring data-driven decision-making Select, onboard, and manage high-performing distribution partners and key accounts , ensuring excellence in execution and brand representation Monitor and analyze market trends , consumer behavior, competitor activity, and sell-out performance to adjust strategies and optimize brand positioning Partner with Global and Regional Marketing teams
to localize brand campaigns, launches, and go-to-market plans, ensuring cultural relevance and maximum impact Provide strategic and operational support to partners , including training, trade tools, merchandising guidance, and promotional planning Lead regular market visits and business reviews with distributors and retail partners ; actively represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and forums Ensure compliance with all local legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements

For KAM: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in international sales, key account management, or business development in the beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods industry For SKAM: Minimum 5-8 years of experince in international sales Strong distributor management and negotiation skills Strategic thinker with hands-on execution abilities and entrepreneurial mindset Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills Fluency in English required, Arabic language skills are a plus Willingness to travel regularly within the region Exciting work.
