Overview
ProSidian seeks a Human Resources Operations and Data Specialist [DOE0049048] for Program Support on a contract contingent generally located across the CONUS (Richland, Washington) supporting DOE EM Hanford. The role focuses on Environmental Management sector engagement, with multidisciplinary compliance oversight, operations, and program support in a Federal, regulated environment. ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time W-2 position. Responsibilities
Manage recruiting, onboarding, HRIS, reporting, and employee services. Provide finance and administration management, human resources, legal, accounting, auditing, IT, logistics, and transportation support as part of General Support Services (GSS) for Hanford Field Office (HFO). Prepare HR dashboards and reporting for DOE; support program and project management activities within the Finance and Administration functional area. Coordinate work sites and travel as required; ensure compliance with federal travel and security requirements. Support on-site and remote activities across the Pacific Northwest region (Richland, WA and surrounding areas). Qualifications
4–7+ years of HR experience; experience with DOE contractors is helpful. BA/BS in HR or Business; SHRM certifications are helpful. Experience supporting Finance and Administration functions within Environmental Management sector; strong HR operations and data focus. Skills & Competencies
Recruiting, HRIS, metrics, and employee relations. Confidentiality, organization, customer focus. Ability to build and interpret HR dashboards; strong data and reporting skills. Other Details
On-site work at Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site in Richland, WA; some remote support as approved. Security requirements: DOE clearance as indicated; facility clearance for ProSidian team and subcontractors as applicable. Government-furnished resources include office space, workstations, and software. Travel may be required; work scope may vary +/-15% over the period of performance. Benefits & Additional Information
