Overview
ProSidian Seeks a Human Resources Staffing/Recruitment Specialist [DOE0050049] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent, generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington. Supports DOE EM Hanford in a federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance.
We seek Human Resources Staffing/Recruitment Specialist candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise ideal) to support professional services engagements for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Finance and Administration Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - General Support Services (GSS) For Hanford Field Office (HFO). ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.
Job Overview Provide services and support as a Human Resources Staffing/Recruitment Specialist in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as the U.S. Department of Energy – Environmental Management, Hanford Field Office (DOE-EM / HFO) and related DOE entities. Work generally located in the Pacific Northwest Region (Richland, WA) with potential on-site and some remote support.
Finance and administration expertise strengthens compliance, accountability, resource efficiency, and financial stewardship for Hanford mission success.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage recruiting, onboarding, HRIS, reporting, and employee services.
Provide Finance and Administration management, human resources, legal, accounting, auditing, information technology, logistics, and transportation support as needed.
Locations: Pacific Northwest Region near CONUS - Richland, Washington. Work site: 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520 Richland, WA 99354 (subject to change or remote work).
Qualifications and Education Desired Qualifications
4–7+ years HR experience; DOE contractor HR experience is helpful.
Education / Experience Requirements
BA/BS in HR/Business; SHRM certifications are helpful.
4–7+ years HR experience; DOE contractor HR experience is helpful.
Experience aligns with Environmental Management Sector and the Finance & Administration functional area disciplines.
Skills
Assist program and project management in daily activities; focus on Finance and Administration functional area activities.
Recruiting, HRIS, metrics, employee relations.
Competencies
