LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Payroll Administrator with 4 years of experience handling and creating operating procedures. This is a Direct Hire opportunity, located in Windsor, Connecticut. Responsibilities: Process payroll for salaried, hourly, and contract employees across multiple departments and locations. Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and compensation changes. Review and verify timesheets, attendance records, and leave balances for accuracy. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations. Calculate and process deductions such as benefits, retirement contributions, garnishments, and taxes. Prepare and distribute pay statements, direct deposits, and tax forms (W-2s, 1099s). Reconcile payroll data with accounting and HR systems to ensure consistency and accuracy. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, tax withholdings, and benefit deductions. Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate onboarding and offboarding processes related to payroll. Assist with audits by providing payroll reports, documentation, and explanations as needed. Monitor and implement changes in payroll legislation and best practices. Maintain confidentiality of employee compensation and sensitive payroll data. Generate regular and ad-hoc payroll reports for Finance, HR, and senior leadership. Support year-end closing activities and ensure timely submission of required filings. Experience: 3-5 years of experience processing payroll Strong HRIS experience, ADP WFN is a plus Employment Type: Direct Hire Salary: $70,000-80,000/yr Pay Details:
