Our client is a leading global shipping and logistics provider operating in more than 155 countries. They are looking for a new fulltime, on-site
Payroll Specialist
for their US-based payroll. You are a collaborative but autonomous Payroll Specialist with expertise specifically in ADP WFN (Workforce Now) and managing payroll at scale.
Title Title : Payroll Specialist
Compensation Compensation : 85-110K
Location Location : On-site 5 days/week in NYC (office is in midtown)
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of multi-state, progressive US payroll experience
ADP Workforce Now experience within the last couple of years
Knowledge of US payroll laws, regulations, and requirements
Experience updating payroll records for new hires, terminations, changes in pay, exemptions, insurance coverage, titles, internal transfers, etc.
Expertise in Excel (ie including pivot tables, VLookups, conditional formatting, formulas) or similar for payroll analysis and reporting
Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries and requests for payroll-related concerns
Benefits and leave administration experience preferred
Must be authorized to work in the US
