We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team. Our client is a global investment bank headquartered in New York City, specializing in mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, and strategic advisory.
Description
Administer and maintain the HRIS platform, ensuring data integrity and system accuracy.
Partner with HR and IT to implement new system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
Generate, analyze, and distribute HR reports and dashboards for business leaders.
Troubleshoot system issues, provide user support, and ensure compliance with data security protocols.
Support HR process improvements by leveraging technology and automation.
Profile
3-5 years of HRIS or HR systems experience, preferably within financial services.
Strong knowledge of HR technology platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar).
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
