Our client, a global architecture firm, is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join their Human Resources team in New York City. The ideal candidate brings deep Workday expertise, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to partner closely with HR and IT teams to drive system enhancement in a collaborative, high-performing environment. Partner closely with HR and IT teams to design, configure, and maintain Workday modules, including integrations, EIBs, and advanced reporting tools; analyze data to support business decision making; manage HRIS projects and initiatives that improve system functionality and user experience. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of HRIS experience with a strong focus on Workday configuration and reporting, required. Proficiency in the Workday modules, including integrations, EIBs, and advanced reporting tools, required. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Compensation

The salary for this role is $95,000 - $125,000 per year. Compensation is commensurate with experience. EEO Statement
