Partner closely with HR and IT teams to design, configure, and maintain Workday modules, including integrations, EIBs, and advanced reporting tools; analyze data to support business decision making; manage HRIS projects and initiatives that improve system functionality and user experience. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of HRIS experience with a strong focus on Workday configuration and reporting, required. Proficiency in the Workday modules, including integrations, EIBs, and advanced reporting tools, required. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Compensation
