Job Description
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Use Workday to source, track, and manage applicants through the hiring process. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce needs, and desired candidate profiles. Recruit and screen candidates for Retail Sales positions, Store Managers, Service Managers, and Mechanic Technician roles. Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing. Coordinate and schedule interviews while maintaining clear communication with candidates and hiring teams. Extend offers, support negotiation processes, and facilitate smooth onboarding transitions. Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to leadership regarding progress and hiring outcomes. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within retail or service-related industries. Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting. Proven ability to recruit for both professional and technical roles, including management and skilled trade positions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred but not required. Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Location: St Louis, MO
