Key Responsibilities: Team Member Relations and Conflict Resolution: Is a trusted advisor to the Distribution Center (DC) Director on team member relations issues, including conflict resolution, corrective actions, and complaints. Recruitment and Talent Management: Participates in the recruitment process, including interviewing, pre-screening/selecting, and onboarding new team members. Compensation and Benefits Administration: Oversees new hire orientation and benefits open enrollment to ensure team members have access to necessary benefits and information. Performance Management and Training: Oversees performance appraisal systems and ensures that all performance reviews and merit increases are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner. HR Metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Drives key performance indicators (KPIs) crucial to the success of the distribution center, including team member engagement, retention, productivity, and efficiency. Coaching & Leadership Development: Provides performance management support, including coaching, career development, and succession planning for supply chain leadership. Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR-related role within supply chain. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word, and familiarity with HR and payroll systems. Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and dust. Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time. Position may require up to 50% travel throughout the company footprint and flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays as dictated by business needs. In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the pay range for this position is starting from $76,000.00.
