This role is responsible for accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll processing, benefits auditing, and compliance administration. Process bi-weekly payroll using payroll and accounting systems Review timecards, adjustments, and new hire/termination data Calculate military leave pay when applicable Prepare payroll funding and reconciliation reports Ensure accurate onboarding and offboarding payroll setup Enter bonuses, commissions, and other compensation changes Audit benefit enrollments and payroll deductions Maintain updates to 401(k), PTO, salary, and employee transfers Process garnishments and expense reimbursements Ensure compliance with payroll laws and wage requirements Qualifications
FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) Required Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Technical Certification in Business Administration, OR 1–3 years of payroll or HR experience Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications Experience with payroll/HR systems preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Knowledge of federal/state payroll regulations Compensation
