Overview Join to apply for the Accounting Manager role at Likewize . Likewize is searching for an Accounting Manager to join our team at our global Headquarters in Southlake, TX. Responsibilities Supervise the day-to-day corporate accounting department activities and related systems and processes, including general accounting, accounts payable, fixed assets and leases. Manage multiple U.S. entities and intercompany activity with several entities across multiple countries. Supervise and review the work of staff to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and corporate policies. Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations for more complex accounting areas. Use ERP to account for multiple entities in accordance with U.S. GAAP. Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations with staff (local and India SSC) to meet monthly deadlines. Analyze and explain financial variances; drive process improvements for timely, accurate reporting. Support intercompany billing and balancing process monthly; assist consolidation and audits as needed. Supervise, develop, and guide a team of accountants and clerks locally and in the SSC; provide centralized guidance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or related field) CPA or Master’s degree in Accounting 7+ years of accounting experience in a fast-paced environment 3+ years of management experience Foreign currency revaluation/translation experience; global company experience Strong knowledge of operational accounting functions and internal controls Strong knowledge of US GAAP Ability to absorb new concepts and apply them to work Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills Ability to multi-task and manage workload to meet deadlines Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of employees, management, and third parties Excellent written and verbal communication skills Intermediate Excel and Word skills Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future Preferred 1-3 years audit experience with a public accounting firm Experience with ERP integrations Accounting management experience in a global company Inventory management experience Service contract and/or warranty experience Our global headquarters in Southlake, TX is easily accessible to both Dallas and Fort Worth, and is 5 minutes from Southlake Town Square.
