At Smart Circle International, we're transforming how business functions operate through Salesforce. As aSenior Salesforce Admin you'll lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce platform.
This role is instrumental in driving operational excellence by delivering scalable, user-centric solutions that enhance business processes, data visibility, and cross-platform connectivity. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, manage platform performance, and integrate Salesforce with tools likeSnowflaketo enable advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Primary Functions:
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions Design and develop custom applications, automation flows, and integrations using Salesforce tools (Flow, Community Sites, Omni-channel, Einstein) Administer and maintain platform performance, user roles, permissions, and data integrity Build and manage reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights Perform data management tasks including imports, cleansing, and migrations Provide end-user training and support to maximize platform adoption Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and integration challenges Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements Core Competencies:
Solution Design & Technical Expertise:Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, limitations, and capabilities Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions Process Automation & Change Management:Streamline workflows and guide users through platform changes Communication & Training:Effectively support and educate users across technical skill levels Security & Data Management:Maintain robust security protocols and clean, reliable data Project Management & Adaptability:Deliver projects on time while adjusting to evolving business needs Qualifications and Expertise:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, development, reporting, and security Certified Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder Experience integrating Salesforce with Snowflake Experience building custom applications using non-standard objects Proficient in MS Office and flowcharting tools Skilled in Flow, Community Sites, Omni-channel, and Einstein. Experience with data cleanup, importing, and third-party integrations Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator) Familiarity with Apex, VisualForce, REST/SOAP APIs Experience with Einstein AI, Agentforce, and AppExchange solutions Knowledge of Salesforce products like Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Field Service Lightning Tableau reporting and Salesforce Maps experience Total Rewards:
