JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect with approximately 6 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow architecture and development, with a focus on scalability, performance, and integration across enterprise systems.

How you will Own It:

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across various modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HAM, SPM etc.) Translate business requirements into well-architected ServiceNow solutions that best leverage the platform capabilities. Design integration frameworks between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (Oracle ERP, CRM platform, etc.) Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to ensure seamless delivery. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards. Stay up to date with ServiceNow product releases and new features. Work on ServiceNow upgrade and patch management planning. Prepare proposals with detailed cost estimates and implementation timelines. Change Management to ensure a smooth adoption of new features and functionality. What you'll Bring:

6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation and architecture. Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management. Proficiency in designing custom applications and workflows within ServiceNow. Knowledge of ITIL processes. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required. Collaborate with Stakeholders and Customers. We cannot offer sponsorship.

Position Location: North Carolina

Compensation Range: $126,400.00 - $225,800.00

Compensation Frequency: Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
