Overview
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and organized Executive Assistant to support our client in the East Bay area of San Francisco. This is a hybrid role in office 3 days a week. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a C-Suite executive, heavy calendar scheduling, travel coordination, and managing meetings and events as well as the correspondence therein.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics.
- Project manage customer needs and communications globally
- Manage a heavy meeting schedule as well as travel and event coordination/planning
- Schedule and organize in-person and virtual meetings and events such as: conferences, materials, catering, agendas, meeting minutes, and post-meeting action plans.
- Attend leadership and board meetings as needed; take minutes and follow-up on additional needs.
- Perform data entry, prepare expense reports, and handle ad hoc reporting.
- Act as a liaison between the C-Suite member and both internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives and
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Approachable, collaborative, proactive, strong communicator.
- Ability to work well with a leadership team.
