The VP of Finance will oversee all financial operations of Hana Technologies, including supervision of IT, Accounting, and Payroll. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related fields Advanced/post degree in a related area Experience with public company finances in a leadership role, preferably NASDAQ-listed Experience with Acumatica or NetSuite 10 years of progressive experience in business, accounting, and finance Prior supervisory experience High-level knowledge of Information Technology Knowledge of MRP systems Essential Job Functions: Provide leadership and oversight in finance and business matters Create and maintain internal control policies and procedures, and collaborate with banking, legal, and audit professionals Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory reporting, including tax requirements Oversee the IT Department Manage payroll, PTO, and inventory accounting systems Prepare annual budgets, plans, and audits Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Proficiency in MS Office and payroll systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organization and problem-solving skills Physical Abilities:
