Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person; communicate clearly and concisely, adapt style to suit customers, problem solve, demonstrate excellent phone skills and resolve conflict. Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver a five-star customer experience. Maintain service levels by being prepared, welcoming, meeting needs, and attending to customers’ emotional and practical needs; complete all operational checklist tasks. Provide an exceptional service experience to multiple customers at once and contribute to the store’s Five-Star Customer Service goal. Proactively address customer concerns with confidence; know when to escalate and partner with leadership. Explain how alterations can enhance the dress for the event in partnership with Alterations; promote alteration services and personalization options. Assist stylists in closing sales by consulting customers on gown fit and customization. Maintain store standards to support a flawless shopping experience; ensure dress code compliance. Greet and escort alterations customers to and from appointments; inspect garments altered/steamed/pressed for quality before delivery. Respond promptly to customer questions with product and service information; build long-term relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain inventory management for special orders and ensure first-quality standards. Ensure alteration pricing aligns with company standards; manage fittings, sewing, steaming, pressing, and spot cleaning to company standards. Resolve customer service issues in a swift and effective manner following company guidelines. Support all cash wrap activities and process transactions accurately to ensure a celebratory customer experience. Maintain the alterations room in a clean and organized state. Perform duties and tasks as assigned by store management. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of prior retail experience in apparel or a specialty store environment. Prior sewing experience required; bridal or special occasion production experience preferred. Prior experience with computerized POS systems is a plus. Benefits & Additional Information
