Job Summary: As an Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing high-value opportunities at new enterprise accounts. You will engage with key stakeholders, articulate the value proposition, and tailor solutions to meet business needs. This role offers the opportunity to work with leading enterprises and contribute to our continued success and growth. Key Responsibilities

Research, identify, and target senior decision-makers in mid/large organizations (10K+ employees) within your territory. Establish contact and conduct high-level conversations with senior-level executives, articulating the Poppulo value proposition. Demonstrate the Poppulo product offerings, move the prospect through the sales funnel to closed-won, and apply an understanding of customer needs and business impact. Develop and maintain a solid and sustainable pipeline of qualified new-business opportunities with significant recurring revenue value. Meet activity metrics for calls, lead follow-up, demos, and opportunities created. Manage and maintain accurate contact, opportunities, and account information in Salesforce. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly bookings targets. Foster close working relations within the team and across wider functions in the organization. Education and Experience

Minimum 3 years of SaaS sales experience selling to large enterprise organizations (10,000+ employees). Proven track record of meeting and exceeding annual sales quotas. Skilled in territory management, pipeline creation, sales funnel management, and deal management. Relevant third-level qualification. Experience selling to Directors/VPs during the sales cycle. Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills—verbal and written. Team player with strong internal relationship-building abilities and resourceful in achieving success. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing sales environment; strategic thinking with strong tactical execution. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), prospecting tools (e.g., SalesLoft), and research tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo). Why Us?

Annual base salary gross: 65,000-90,000 USD plus variable. The salary range represents the Company’s contemplated range; actual salaries vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and location.
