Zwicker is headquartered in Andover, Massachusetts, with office locations throughout the United States. Zwicker is seeking an Associate Attorney to join the Dallas, TX office on site. The base salary range is $85,000 - $100,000 per year, plus applicable bonus. The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 per year, plus applicable bonus. Communicate effectively with team members and outside parties Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, discovery, and related documents in active litigation files Review litigation case files and pleadings to determine appropriate action Advocate on behalf of the client’s interests at various litigation settings Utilize internal software to update and document the status of each account in the assigned inventory Analyze and process litigation inventory reports and files to ensure proper workflow Comply with client and firm standard operating procedures Travel to various courtrooms within the branch office footprint as required Perform other duties as assigned Requirements

Admission to practice law in the state of Texas Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly motivated self-starter Eagerness to learn Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of one year of litigation/trial experience Working knowledge of civil procedure Debt collection experience Prior experience in a high-volume environment Physical Qualifications

Be able to lift five pounds or more Be able to sit up to 90% of the workday at times Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed Be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence Be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek Be able to travel occasionally when needed by the most efficient means of transportation Benefits and Other Information
