Director, Enrollment Management Brown University The Division of Pre-College and Undergraduate Programs develops and offers non-credit and credit courses and programs for over 6,000 high school students, Brown undergraduate students, and visiting students from other institutions. Programs are offered on Brown's Providence campus, online, and at other locations. The Division contains teams responsible for marketing, admissions, enrollment, academic content and instructional delivery, student life, finance, human resources, payroll, and related policies and protocols. The Division collaborates with University partners including the Registrar's Office, Office of Information Technology (OIT), University Communications, General Counsel, and Facilities Management. The Director of Enrollment Management oversees a team responsible for engaging and guiding students and their families through all stages of the lifecycle: marketing/prospective, admission/applicant, scholarship, deposit/matriculant, enrollment, participation, assessment, and alumni. The division also supports Brown undergraduate, graduate and medical students, faculty, and summer staff in Student Life and instruction. The Director reports to the Dean of the Division and serves on the Division's Leadership Team. The Director leads the development, implementation, and assessment of strategic enrollment plans to engage young scholars and advance the Division and University's mission. This work is accomplished through collaboration with an Enrollment Management team and coordination with other Division teams including Operations, Systems, academic Program Directors, and Student Life, to align actions with mission and goals. The Director also collaborates with units across campus (OIT, University Communications, General Counsel, College Admissions) to support divisional outcomes. The Marketing and Enrollment Services team uses systems such as Sales Cloud, Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, and TenFold. The Director will continue to build on the Division's offerings, engage new learner populations, align communications with brand identity, ensure strong customer service, and facilitate ease of participation for students and families. Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive strategic enrollment management plans (30%) Ensure effective communication within Marketing and Enrollment Services and across the Division (30%) Supervise and support staff within the Marketing and Enrollment Services team (20%) Track and oversee budgets for all areas under the Director's purview (10%) Provide strategic leadership for the Division for Pre-College and Undergraduate Programs (10%) Qualifications

Bachelors degree required. Masters Degree preferred. 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in enrollment management, administration, and management Demonstrated leadership and ability to work effectively with leaders of other teams. Excellent interpersonal, communication, management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to develop recruitment and admission initiatives to ensure student access and success. Experience with a CRM and Student Enterprise Systems and other current and emerging technology related to recruitment and financial aid. Salesforce preferred. Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive strategic enrollment management plan. Background Check:
