Overview
Store Manager role focused on leading store performance, delivering an elevated client experience, and driving sustainable business results. Reporting to the Regional Director, this position requires passion for customers, sustainability, and team development to achieve store goals. What You'll Do
Measure and monitor sales performance and take action to improve business results. Own operational execution to achieve revenue targets while managing budget and expenses. Apply business acumen to understand drivers and opportunities and build solutions. Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals. Lead the sales floor and deliver an exceptional customer experience, embody brand values, educate customers on sustainability, and act as a brand ambassador. Provide in-the-moment coaching to the team and optimize scheduling to balance sales and payroll goals. Maintain inventory accuracy and lead the team in stock control and loss prevention. Ensure facility maintenance, presentation, and organization. Lead merchandising presentation and execute standards to optimize the customer experience and productivity. Provide real-time and weekly feedback on product and sales performance to influence allocations and business success. Develop and coach staff, manage day-to-day performance, and enable progressive career development. Hire, train, and develop store personnel; provide performance feedback and address disciplinary actions as needed. What You'll Bring
Minimum of 5 years retail experience. Minimum of 4 years retail management experience. Experience in a sales or retail operation or operationally intensive environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team setting. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with diverse personalities. Self-motivated with a drive for personal and team development. Ability to set clear objectives and inspire the team to reach potential. Ability to ensure operational efficiency by adhering to processes and systems and identifying improvement opportunities. Collaborative mindset with cross-functional partners to achieve shared outcomes. Proactive and entrepreneurial sense of urgency with strong prioritization. Ability to identify and evaluate new business opportunities. Compensation
The wage for this full-time position starts at $90,000 per year. Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week Open availability across a 7-day work week Flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays as required) Understanding of retail labor laws GSuite experience is a plus Benefits & Perks
