Learning Performance Consultant - Field Learning at Edward Jones. This role is full-time and focuses on diagnosing business and learner needs and leading the creation and execution of high-performance learning journeys that deliver business outcomes in support of firm strategy and talent development. What You'll Do

Establish trusted partnerships as a consultant to business leaders throughout the organization, translating business outcomes into performance outcomes, moments that matter, and learning objectives. Informally lead strategy, design, and execution of learning and performance initiatives as a member of a cross-functional team; facilitate learner-centered design, conduct research, prototype learning experiences, and ensure quality at speed and scale. Apply learner experience research, adult learning principles, processes, technology, and measures to design and optimize learning experiences that achieve business outcomes. Collaborate with insights and analysis teams to design research projects, learning measurement plans, KPIs, feedback loops, monitor performance, evaluate impact, and anticipate future needs. Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to incorporate appropriate resources into learning initiatives. Mentor design teammates and support internal talent development through modeling, feedback, and coaching. Stay current on Learning & Development practices and experiment with new approaches to accelerate business outcomes and build enterprise capabilities. Qualifications / What Experience You'll Need

Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Education, Organizational Psychology, Human Capital Management, or related field 5+ years of experience in corporate learning or performance consultation Advanced knowledge of Learning Sciences, Instructional Design, Assessment, and Modern Learning Experience Tools Experience leading strategic design of learning initiatives from ideation through delivery with measurable business impact Experience facilitating Design Thinking sessions/workshops and/or user research projects with end-users Proven ability to identify opportunities for learning and performance to yield measurable business outcomes Proficient understanding of the Finance Services Industry Ability to design and curate high-performing learning journeys and collaborate across stakeholders Strong facilitation and communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences Applied Systems Thinking, Root Cause Analysis, and Problem-Solving Experience managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment with diverse stakeholders Ability to delegate responsibilities and lead cross-functional teams Brinkerhoff Architect Certification required within first 6 months Note: Candidates living within commutable distance to Tempe, AZ or St. Louis, MO are expected to work in the office three days per week (Tue–Thu preferred) Base Pay and Benefits
