What You'll Do

Establish trusted partnerships as a consultant to business leaders throughout the organization, translating business outcomes and strategy into performance outcomes, moments that matter applications, and learning objectives. Informally lead the strategy, design, and execution of learning and performance initiatives as a member of a cross-functional team, facilitating a learner-centered design process, conducting learner research, co-creating with end-users, prototyping learning experiences that achieve performance outcomes, and ensuring first-time quality at speed and scale. Apply learner experience research, adult learning principles, processes, technology, and measures to create and optimize learning experiences to achieve business outcomes. Partner with insights and analysis teams to design research projects, learning measurement plans, KPIs, and feedback loops to identify learning and performance opportunities, validate recommendations, monitor performance, evaluate impact, and anticipate future needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to curate and incorporate resources into learning initiatives. Mentor design teammates at various levels using modeling, feedback, and coaching within project work to ensure quality outcomes and internal talent development. Stay current on research and practices in Learning & Development and related fields; experiment with new applications and processes to optimize learning experiences and accelerate business outcomes. What Experience You'll Need

Master's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Education, Organizational Psychology, Human Capital Management, or related field 5+ years of experience in corporate learning, performance consultation, or similar role, including: Advanced knowledge of Learning Sciences, Instructional Design, Assessment, modern learning experience tools and methodologies Proven experience leading strategic design of learning and performance initiatives from ideation to delivery with measurable business impact Proven experience facilitating Design Thinking sessions and workshops and/or User Research Experience conducting research projects to develop learning and performance strategies in partnership with end-users; IBM Practitioner Badge preferred Proven ability to identify opportunities for learning and performance to yield measurable business outcomes Proficient understanding of the Finance Services Industry Proven ability to design and curate high-performing learning journeys Proven ability to collaborate with a wide variety of colleagues, using diplomacy to achieve outcomes Proven experience navigating complex group dynamics and conflicting feedback to meet all parties’ needs while keeping the learner in focus Proven ability to establish trusted partnerships as a consultant to leaders, influencing decisions through objectivity and learning sciences Proven expert facilitation and communication skills for audiences with diverse backgrounds Applied understanding of Systems Thinking, Root Cause Analysis, and Problem-Solving Methodologies to recommend learning solutions to complex performance challenges Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, matrix environment with multiple stakeholders Proven ability to delegate responsibilities and informally lead cross-functional teams Brinkerhoff Architect Certification required within first 6 months Note:

Candidates that live within commutable distance from Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home offices are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday. Current internal home-based associates: this role is posted as hybrid; if selected and accepted, you may retain your home-based status, though future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work.
