Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer Location: Quincy, MA, USA, 02171 Work Model: Hybrid (1 to 2 days per week onsite) Employment Type: Temporary Estimated Duration: 12 months Hiring Organization: Rose International Industry: Government Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the organization's Salesforce environment, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity. Design, develop, test and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC) and declarative tools. Architect scalable, secure and high-performance solutions, ensuring best practices for development and integration. Lead requirements analysis, technical design sessions, and solution architecture discussions with stakeholders. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware and data migration tools. Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications, workflows and processes. Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features and best practices. Provide end-user training, support, and documentation. Participate in cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and CRM utilization. Collaborate with business analysts, QA and project managers to ensure successful delivery. Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Attributes: Apex, CI/CD tools, Cloud, DevOps, Salesforce, Salesforce Lightning. Experience: Salesforce development (Apex, Lighting Components - Aura/LWC) and Salesforce configuration (5+ years); Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Salesforce DX) (5+ years); Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud (2+ years); Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for Salesforce (2+ years). Education: Bachelor's Degree. Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (Required). Preferred: Salesforce Architect certifications (Application/System Architect). Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security and data models; Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, data management, and security settings. Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs; Familiarity with AWS services is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. Required and Preferred Certifications

Required: Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (or equivalent experience). Preferred: Salesforce Architect certifications (Application/System Architect). Seniorities and Job Details
