Overview Salesforce Developer / Architect
About The Role
We're looking for a seasoned Salesforce Developer/Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that empower our teams and drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Own and manage the Salesforce environment to ensure performance, scalability, and data integrity.
Design and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and declarative tools.
Architect end-to-end solutions that align with business goals and Salesforce best practices.
Lead technical design sessions, requirements gathering, and solution architecture discussions with stakeholders.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and data migration tools.
Optimize existing applications, workflows, and automation processes.
Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.
Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users.
Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives to improve CRM utilization and operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and configuration.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and data models.
Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Salesforce DX).
Proficiency in configuration, data management, and security settings.
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification or equivalent experience.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Architect certifications (Application/System Architect).
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Exposure to AWS services such as Lambda, EKS, Fargate, Batch, Lightsail, WAF, and Step Functions.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
