Manage and maintain the organization’s Salesforce environment, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity Design, develop, test and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC) and declarative tools Architect scalable, secure and high-performance solutions, ensuring best practices for development and integration Lead requirements analysis, technical design sessions, and solution architecture discussions with stakeholders Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware and data migration tools Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications, workflows and processes Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features and best practices Provide end-user training, support, and documentation Participate in cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and CRM utilization Collaborate with business analysts, QA and project managers to ensure successful delivery Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC) and Salesforce configuration Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security and data models Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, and Salesforce DX) Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, data management, and security settings Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment Education & Certifications
Required Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s Degree Required Certification:
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification Preferred Certifications:
Salesforce Architect certifications (Application/System Architect) are a plus Location & Requirements

Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud (2+ yrs) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for Salesforce (2+ yrs) Experience with AWS services like Lambda, EKS, Fargate, Batch, Lightsail, WAF, Step Functions (preferred) Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong problem-solving, communication and leadership skills Minimum 6-month engagement with potential for extension Benefits & Compliance
