Associate Attorney – M&A / Corporate Transactions
Location:
Madison, NJ (Hybrid)

Associate Attorney
with
2–5 years of experience
to join its growing
Mergers & Acquisitions / Corporate Transactional

Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on a wide range of corporate and M&A matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation, and corporate disputes.
Provide counsel on joint ventures, purchases and sales of businesses, and other transactional matters.
Draft and negotiate a variety of agreements, including license agreements, supply and distribution agreements, services agreements, operating agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and executive employment agreements.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Admission to the
New Jersey and/or New York Bar
required;
Pennsylvania Bar
admission is a plus.
2–5 years
of relevant corporate/M&A experience.
Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
