Senior Project Engineer

Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer to provide technical sales support for their Water Technology business in municipal and industrial capital projects. You will be relied upon for technical expertise and the ability to communicate complex ideas to internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with commercial teams to understand client needs and craft tailored technical solutions. Analyze technical specifications and bid documents, identifying risks and opportunities. Develop and present comprehensive proposals, including process design, scope, drawings, and performance guarantees. Create systems and projections using proprietary software and support project pricing. Contribute to pilot study reporting and integrate results into full-scale system proposals. Represent the business as a technical expert at industry events and provide support during project execution. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field; Master’s or certification is a plus. 3–8 years of experience in engineering in water treatment. In-depth knowledge of biological modeling and wastewater treatment. Skilled in creating technical proposals, cost estimates, and performance guarantees for membrane systems. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, maintain documentation, and align with budgets and timelines. Experience in wastewater treatment methods. About Pacific International Executive Search
