Pacific International has been retained by a global manufacturer in the industrials, automotive and semi-conductors space. A heritage brand in the industry, they are undergoing a growth period and expanding into new industries.

This growth has led to a strategic transformation for the business, including their finance function. They are looking to bring in a Finance & Accounting Leader to transform the finance organization. As the Finance Leader you’ll be instrumental in shaping the company’s financial strategy, driving operational efficiencies, and delivering high-impact financial insights to senior leadership.

You will play a key role in financial forecasting and long-term strategic planning, ensuring the company’s financial health and growth trajectory remain strong. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the manufacturing sector and a proven ability to be a collaborative change leader.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, controllership, and compliance.

Drive the annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Elevate FP&A capacity, including variance analysis, building performance metrics and reporting to support data-driven decision‑making.

Manage treasury operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Collaborate with external audit firms, particularly on taxation and compliance‑related matters.

Provide timely and actionable financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a senior finance role within the

manufacturing sector .

Strong background in

accounting, controllership, and regulatory compliance .

Demonstrated success in

financial planning and analysis (FP&A) , including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking & metrics.

Experience managing

treasury functions

and working with

external auditors .

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
