Team Leadership & Training: Recruit, hire, train, and manage a high-performing team of BDC Representatives (BDRs). Provide continuous coaching, constructive feedback, and motivation to meet and exceed performance metrics. Performance Management: Set clear, measurable goals and quotas for inbound and outbound calls, email responses, lead-to-appointment conversions, and appointments shown. Track, analyze, and report on BDC performance data (KPIs) and sales results. Toyota Rent a Car (TRAC) Management: Oversee the BDC's integration with the Toyota Rent a Car program, ensuring efficient scheduling of service loaners and retail rentals, maintaining high fleet utilization, and ensuring BDR compliance with all rental policies. Process Optimization: Oversee day-to-day operations of the BDC. Develop, implement, and refine effective communication scripts and lead-handling processes to maximize customer engagement and lead conversion efficiency. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize the dealership's CRM system to manage, track, and follow up on all customer leads and contacts (phone, internet, and email). Ensure data integrity and effective use of the system by all BDRs. Quality Assurance: Monitor phone calls and customer communications to ensure adherence to the highest standards of customer service and professional communication. Benefits and Compensation

Proven experience in a high-volume automotive Business Development Center (BDC) Experience managing, supervising, and training a team Deep familiarity with CRM and DMS systems used in a modern automotive dealership Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage high call and internet lead volumes Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a focus on world-class customer service Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Corporate requirements: Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen Employment details
