As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You handle daily store operations as needed, train, motivate and celebrate associates, and drive strong sales results while representing our company values and bringing your REAL self to work every day. Responsibilities
You have a passion for driving sales: as a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience. You support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to drive KPI results. People leadership: motivate and inspire the team through AEO\'s core values. Be a role-model and hold associates accountable to AEO\'s service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room. Talent and training: recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs. Train and develop associates to provide outstanding service and represent a Guest First culture. Teamwork: challenge Sales and Stock Associates with clear, attainable goals and provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching. Motivate associates and drive engagement by celebrating outstanding performance. Visual & operational innovator: execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards. Ensure the Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
