Join us as we help people all over the world thrive at work.As our Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and data-driven decision-making within the marketing team. Your focus will be on streamlining workflows, owning marketing analytics, managing testing and QA, and ensuring the integrity of marketing data across systems. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Ops & Digital, you’ll partner closely with stakeholders across Marketing and Demand Gen, Sales Operations, and external agencies to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and deliver measurable impact. Your work will empower the team to make faster, smarter decisions and scale with confidence.**Key Responsibilities:****Marketing Analytics & Reporting:**
Manage the end-to-end reporting infrastructure across tools like Adobe Analytics, GA4, and Salesforce. campaigns and dashboards. Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards that provide visibility into campaign performance, lead flow, and funnel conversion.**Testing & QA:**
Develop and manage a structured testing process for marketing campaigns, including A/B tests, and UTM audits. Ensure all testing experiments are reviewed and validated before launch to maintain a high standard of quality.**Operational Hygiene:**
Standardize and enforce campaign setup procedures in tools like Marketo and Salesforce. Maintain a clean and consistent taxonomy across campaigns, assets, and channels to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.**Intake & Request Management:**
Centralize marketing operations intake requests. Triage, prioritize, and communicate updates to stakeholders while ensuring on-time execution.**Marketing Technology Enablement:**
Support the configuration and optimization of key marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Analytics, and others.**Data Visualization:**
Elevate the way the team sees and interprets data. Build compelling dashboards and visualizations that help leadership quickly understand trends, diagnose problems, and make informed decisions.**Inbox & Agency Coordination:**
Manage shared inboxes (e.g., info@octanner.com) to ensure timely routing and response with key stakeholders. Coordinate with external agencies and partners to align deliverables and expectations.**Documentation & Process Optimization:**
Document processes, test results, and campaign learnings. Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose scalable solutions that support long-term growth.**Qualifications:*** 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related field.* Proficiency with marketing tools, such as Salesforce, Marketo, GA4 or Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Microsoft Clarity,
etc.* Strong analytical skills with the ability to convey and understand complex data.* Experience managing testing and campaign performance reporting.* Familiarity with marketing campaign architecture, attribution models, and lead lifecycle tracking.* Experience driving process improvements and documentation at scale.* Effective communicator with strong organizational and prioritization skills.* Knowledge of HTML, UTM tracking, and data governance best practices is a plus.* Experience with AI-enabled tools or automation platforms is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
