Nurse Manager – ICU – San Francisco, CA . Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead ICU operations at an acute care hospital. This role oversees daily clinical operations, implements care delivery best practices, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards. You will lead a team of clinicians, collaborate across departments, and play a key role in patient safety and quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Lead and support ICU nursing operations across multiple locations Drive evidence-based practices, quality improvements, and patient satisfaction Manage staffing, equipment, budget, and regulatory compliance Mentor and develop staff, lead performance evaluations and succession planning Participate in cross-functional leadership initiatives and strategic planning Ensure continuous readiness for accreditation and audits Serve as a key liaison with physicians and other health professionals Qualifications
Current California RN license Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required Minimum 5 years of acute care ICU experience At least 5 years of leadership experience (Nurse Manager or ANM level) BLS certification required Preferred: Neuro ICU and union experience Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: $228K–$263K 15% annual performance bonus 10% sign-on bonus Full benefits including health, dental, vision, pension Relocation assistance (regional)
