Overview
We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on
Senior IT Support Analyst
to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be a key escalation point for technical issues, mentor junior team members, and collaborate across IT functions to ensure smooth operations and exceptional support for all staff. What You’ll Do
Resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues (onsite and remote) Provide technical guidance to Tier I and II support staff Oversee ticket workflows and ensure timely, well-documented resolutions Manage user accounts, desktop hardware, and software updates Partner with infrastructure and business systems teams on broader tech initiatives Help maintain enterprise systems, develop documentation, and support after-hours needs What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration Strong troubleshooting, mentoring, and customer service skills Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, scripting, and networking Familiarity with enterprise tools, remote support platforms, and voice systems Industry certifications like CompTIA, ITIL, or MCSE (or willingness to earn them) Experience in financial or other highly regulated industries a plus If you’re driven to lead, collaborate, and make a tangible impact across departments, we’d love to hear from you!
