This role requires travel to China Headquarters for 2-3 months of training. Salary during the training period will be paid according to U.S. standards. Airfare and accommodation will be covered. Job Overview: As an IT Systems Engineer, you will manage and optimize our manufacturing systems, providing on-site support, training production personnel, and resolving technical issues in manufacturing execution systems (MES), master production scheduling (MPS), advanced planning and scheduling (APS), and other related IT systems. Essential Functions: Provide on-site support for production line operations, ensuring minimal disruption and timely resolution of technical issues. Train production line personnel on the use of manufacturing systems and IT tools to improve operational efficiency and compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in MES, quality systems, and material systems to maintain smooth production flow. Analyze business requirements and recommend optimizations to manufacturing modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT systems with manufacturing processes. Implement and manage MPS and APS systems to optimize production schedules. Lead projects to upgrade and enhance manufacturing systems. Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices. Qualifications: Experience designing and implementing manufacturing systems. Proven experience in implementing and supporting MES, MPS, and APS. Strong technical proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing IT systems within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, and industrial automation technologies is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance. Physical Requirements: Ability to move around work sites, including walking, standing, and climbing. Flexibility to bend, kneel, or crouch. Capability to lift and carry moderate weights, typically up to 25-50 pounds. Willingness and ability to travel to various job sites.
