Program Coordinator - Jack D. Gordon Institute for Public Policy About FIU: Florida International University is a public research university with a diverse student body and a mission of student success, economic mobility, and community engagement.

Job Summary The Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, managing, and supporting the strategic initiatives of the Cybersecurity Leadership and Strategy Professional Education Program (CLSPEP) within the institution.

Responsibilities

Plans, promotes, and coordinates CLSPEP program activities and courses to align with strategic objectives and achieve program objectives.

Assists in evaluating the strategic initiatives of the program and analyzes data for quality improvement initiatives.

Maintains and oversees program data, generates reports, and provides administrative support to the program team.

Manages course and workshop recruitment, partnerships, and data collection.

Assists Program Leadership in data collection, management, and analysis to facilitate decision-making.

Reports on program activities and outcomes to support the achievement of program objectives.

Serves as a liaison to key stakeholders and partners including program committees, Division or IT, Office of Research & Economic Development, sponsors, and other institutional partners.

Ensures staff compliance with university policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of office or related experience.

Desired Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Advertised Salary $40,000 - $48,000

Begin time: 8:30 AM

End time: 5:00 PM

Ability to travel locally and nationally.

Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
