Job Title:
Executive Assistant to the Dean Location: Atlanta, Georgia Regular/Temporary: Regular Full/Part Time: Full-Time Resume-friendly overview of the role and organization, aligned with institutional values and expectations for executive administration within the Dean's office. Responsibilities
Communicate and interpret administrative policies; develop internal office related procedures as appropriate. Coordinate the Dean's schedule and monitor and report status on major initiatives. Develop agenda and plan and coordinate meetings, conferences and events. Typically supervise administrative staff, to include training, making assignments and monitoring performance. Track documentation requiring Dean's signature. Prepare financial related reports and maintain records. Coordinate human resources related actions. Coordinate travel schedules and itineraries. Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements Bachelor\'s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience Required Experience Six years of job related experience Skills
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: This job requires working knowledge of office and operational practices and procedures applicable within higher education administration at the executive level. This includes skills in organization, communication, problem solving and use of office and specialized computer applications. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365. Values and Compliance
