Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Clinical Quality, the Accreditation Manager will ensure that the hospital and all services included on the State of California license are in continual readiness status for Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (Joint Commission), Department of Health Services (DHS) and Centers for Medicare (CMS) surveys. Is the facility medical staff peer review manager.

Salary range: $65.32 - $104.52 hourly. Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.
Minimum Education:
B.A./B.S. or Equivalent
Minimum Experience/Skills:
Three to five years’ experience in a similar role, three to five years of increasing management responsibility, excellent communication skills, knowledge of peer review process, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills, presentation skills
License/Certificates/Credentials:
Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of California
