What you\'ll do As our Benefits Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our employee benefit programs—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and care in everything you do. You’ll manage and analyze benefit data, educate employees, and help design programs that make a real difference in their lives.
In this role, you will:
Manage employee PTO and Sick Leave accruals and compliance
Handle benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations with precision
Reconcile monthly vendor invoices and coordinate payments
Oversee COBRA and ACA administration
Support 401(k) plan management, eligibility, and reporting
Lead Open Enrollment communications and annual plan setup
Deliver employee education on benefit plans and resources
Research and implement innovative, low- or no-cost perks that employees love
Analyze data and trends to improve benefit efficiency and employee satisfaction
Who You Are
Detail-driven, dependable, and highly organized
Patient and methodical—you create systems and structures to stay organized and successful
Excellent communicator who can make complex information easy to understand
Passionate about helping employees feel valued and informed
Proficient in HRIS systems, Excel, and benefit reporting
Qualifications
3+ years of benefits administration experience
Knowledge of COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, ERISA, and FMLA
Proficiency with UKG
Familiarity with RBP, and Self-Insured plans
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
A heart for service and a mind for compliance
