The Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business revenue growth and maintaining existing business growth within the Employee Benefits sector. Responsibilities
Develop positive relationships with brokers to ensure sales growth. Demonstrate proficiency in the discovery process and promote Emerson Rogers' products effectively. Develop and execute a sales plan to generate new broker leads and appointments. Participate in sales meetings and 1:1 sessions with managers. Leverage market and product knowledge to assist brokers with health care reform complexities. Build and maintain strong carrier relationships. Identify and strategize on sales opportunities to grow the book of business. Track activities and opportunities using CRM tools. Assist with key case services including sales of additional lines, renewals, and case conservation. Qualifications & Skills
Proven ability to sell and maintain broker relationships. Positive, consultative sales approach. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Excellent listening and problem-solving skills. Organized and focused in a dynamic environment. Personable, credible, and dependable. Strong understanding of Employee Benefits and industry trends. Experience with various funding arrangements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Bachelor's degree preferred; Life, Accident & Health License required. Benefits
