The Role We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑impact demolition and decommissioning projects from start to finish. You’ll manage people, budgets, schedules, and contractors while driving safety, quality, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do Lead projects from planning through completion, including resource management, scheduling, and cost control.
Drive Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) compliance, conducting audits and promoting a positive safety culture.
Prepare tenders, manage procurement, contractors, and project documentation, including demolition permits.
Manage financials: budgets, forecasts, claims, variations, and cost control.
Supervise, mentor, and mobilise on‑site personnel, coordinating external consultants as required.
Build strong client relationships through regular reporting and consultation.
The Candidate Proven project management experience in demolition, remediation, or related industries.
Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
