Our Core Practice Areas Include: General Casualty, Professional Malpractice, Motor Vehicle, Construction Defect, and Workers' Compensation Defense. Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of Workers' Compensation litigation for defense clients. Conduct thorough legal research, gather evidence, and develop case strategies and arguments. Draft essential legal documents, including motions and appellate briefs. Make required Court appearances and effectively argue cases before Judges. Handle negotiations and mediation to achieve favorable settlements for clients. Take and defend depositions and participate in bench trials as needed. Provide regular and clear reports on case status to Partners and Clients. Minimum Qualifications

J.D. Degree from an accredited law school. Mandatory: Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey. Experience: 1-5 years of Workers' Compensation experience preferred, but New Graduates are welcome to apply. Demonstrated skills: Demonstrated courtroom experience or strong public speaking/advocacy skills. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to stay highly organized and consistently meet rigid deadlines. Compensation & Benefits
