Overview
Payroll, Time & Attendance Specialist The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for the management of all payroll updates and changes within the ADP EV6 application. This will include the gathering of information, record keeping, reviewing for compliance with all Federal, State and Local guidelines as well as compliance with all Payroll Org approved standards for payroll processing. The position will be responsible for processing on a bi-weekly and weekly basis, including the execution, review and reporting of all payroll information. Location
Charlotte, NC This role allows the selected candidate to work from home 2 days per week as part of our flexible work policy. Key Responsibilities
Process weekly payrolls in ADP EV6, including adjustments, off-cycle payments, and retroactive pay. Interpret and apply union contracts to ensure proper wages, fringes, and deductions. Prepare and submit union remittances and benefit reports on time. Reconcile payroll reports, general ledger accounts, and benefit payments. Maintain employee and union data in ADP, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Collaborate with HR, Accounting, and union reps to resolve issues and support audits. Required experience & skills
Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field (preferred). 3-5 years of specific business experience. Experience with ADP EV5 or EV6 payroll system recommended. Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax withholdings, benefits, garnishments, and compliance. Union experiences preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis). Ability to analyze payroll data, identify discrepancies, and implement solutions. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience collaborating with HR, Finance, and cross-functional teams. Job Type

$65,000 - $70,000* *The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
