Base pay range $32.00/hr - $38.00/hr
Responsibilities
Process weekly, bi‑weekly, and monthly payrolls for 300‑18,000+ employees across various jurisdictions
Handle salary, hourly, commission, bonus, retroactive pay, and piecework calculations
Reconcile payroll prior to final transmittal and validate confirm reports
Utilize ADP Workforce Now, ADP Streamline, ADP EV5, and ADP Smart Compliance for payroll operations
Support ADP system migrations and implementations, including testing and configuration
Ensure payroll processes comply with federal, state, and local laws
Administer and monitor state tax accounts and garnishment files
Assist with quarterly and year‑end reconciliations and audits
Prepare payroll‑related reports for management and finance teams
Analyze labor trends and support workforce planning with forecasting models
Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies with professionalism
Collaborate with HR and benefits teams to ensure accurate data integration
Act as a lead within the payroll team, mentoring junior staff and auditing payroll outputs
Participate in cross‑functional projects, including ERP transitions and process improvements
Requirements
Experience processing payroll for large employee populations (300‑18,000+)
Proficiency in handling various pay types: salary, hourly, commission, bonus, retroactive, and piecework
Hands‑on experience with ADP
Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Experience managing state tax accounts and garnishment files
Ability to assist with quarterly/year‑end reconciliations and audits
Skill in preparing payroll reports for management and finance
Professionalism in responding to payroll inquiries and resolving discrepancies
Collaboration with HR and benefits teams to ensure accurate data integration
