As an OT Technician, you will be an essential member of our surgical team. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the operating theatre, arranging surgical instruments, and assisting the surgical team during operations to ensure a sterile and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare the operating theatre for surgery, ensuring all equipment is sterile and functional. Arrange surgical instruments and supplies according to the needs of the procedure. Assist surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses during surgical procedures. Maintain a sterile field throughout the operation. Manage and sterilize equipment after surgery. Requirement
Diploma or Degree in Operation Theatre Technology. 1-3 years of experience. Experience in a hospital OT is preferred. Thorough knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and sterility protocols. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team. Competitive salaries and benefits
