Save Job

PresbyterianSenior Living is committed to fostering a highly engaged community of residents and team members, while celebrating the unique qualities each individual contributes. As a not-for-profit social ministry organization, we are dedicated to upholding our mission, vision, and core values in everything we do. We aim to achieve this guided by the life and teachings of Jesus.

At Presbyterian Senior Living (PSL), we believe that where people live and work should feel safe, welcoming, and inspiring. As our System Director of Environmental Services, you’ll play a vital leadership role in ensuring our communities remain places where residents thrive and team members feel supported. The System Director of Environmental Services will provide technical and collaborative support to the community Directors of Environmental Services. These DES leaders will continue to report to their respective Executive Director. The intention is to build a team of system thinking support services professionals to not only maintain the existing communities but also be part of the repository of experience, creativity and technical savvy. Sharing resources, technical prowess, best practice and labor to help where possible throughout the system. Moving away from the siloed approach to a system approach of environmental services resource management.
