We are proud to represent a global Am Law 50 firm to recruit a Business Development and Marketing Specialist, supporting the firm’s Healthcare Industry Team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategic pitches and proposals, assist with events and sponsorships, develop impactful client-facing materials, and play a key role in advancing marketing and business development projects. Responsibilities
Team Development:
Provide day-to-day support for business development activities, including building a robust knowledge base of the industry team and relevant services. Events & Submissions:
Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute client-facing programs, webinars, and conference sponsorships, including logistics and outreach; coordinate submissions for rankings and directories to elevate firm visibility. Proposal & Pitch Development:
Develop tailored, compelling, and responsive pitches, proposals, and RFP responses that effectively position the firm to secure new business opportunities. Content & Data Management:
Maintain accurate industry-related content, matter descriptions, marketing collateral, website and intranet pages, industry team rosters, and contact lists. Research & Strategy:
Conduct in-depth industry, client, and prospect research to identify business and profile-raising opportunities; monitor healthcare industry-related business and legal trends to inform strategic planning and thought leadership. Credentials and Expertise
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required. Experience:
Minimum of three years in a business development or marketing role within a law firm is required. Healthcare industry experience is a plus. Capabilities:
Skilled in drafting proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral with strong writing, communication, and organizational abilities. Proven success managing multiple projects, driving business growth and supporting strategic marketing initiatives in fast-paced environments. How to Apply
